Can Sheik be a bigger nit?

[/ QUOTE ]

She was taking forever on every hand. I think he was justified in being a nit.

well tiffany is black, unattractive, and female.

[/ QUOTE ]

I realize that. I was trying to make a point and it was weak, I admit.

But why does every moron in the world drag race into it. Do you really think if this woman was halfway decent at poker, didn't take 30 minutes to make every move, we'd be having this discussion? NO!

Do I think she's bad person? No. Do I dislike her? No! Does she irritate the hell out of me when I'm watching her on TV. You better believe it. And it's not because she's black or a woman.

I think most 2+2'ers generally despise those people we sit in card rooms with either online or live and take FOREVER with every hand they play.

Tiffany Willimson seems to be one of those people, which explains all the hatred. It has nothing do with her gender, nationality, or ethnicity.

At least your point was a lot better than the one I was attempting to make. And you're correct that I shouldn't make race an issue. So I'll just throw this up and admit that I was a total moron.

We've seen Williamson in three big pots. She:

1. Folded KJs to an all-in re-reraise.
2. Called an all-in re-reraise with AJo.
3. Re-raised all-in with A7o

Play 1 is clearly correct.

Play 3 can be situationally correct. Her opponent needed a big hand to call with.

Only Play 2 is poor.

Some of you are determined not to like her.

[/ QUOTE ]

The first hand we saw her was an all in preflop where she had AQ vs KK. She won.

If I remember correctly, they were supposed to be on a dinner break at that time, but they shortened the break to something like 20 minutes. Black was trying to encourage the table to slow down but no one wanted to do that, especially as Wang was one of the very short stacks.

[/ QUOTE ]

That is the way I remember it, too. Basically, instead of supporting Black, the rest of the table gave him a bunch of sh!t as he took his time with his decisions. I recall reading it got pretty ugly at the table.

mike played good poker, minus that KKJ hand. was good to see.

Though, they didnt show his bluff vs Neverwin (the one wrote about in Cardplayer)

[/ QUOTE ]

On the KKJ hand, I thought that Mike was wrong the way he put out his chips ... extended his entire arm out with his stack ... had the chips a half inch off the felt pretty much in the middle of the table ... and then pulled it back. Can you do that? Norm or Chad hinted that was a bad play, but wasn't definitive.

Williamson busted someone I pay with not completely irregularly near the end of day one - AA v. KK for about 35K. Not sure how she got TO 35K, but that's part of the mystery.

I think I can sum it up in two words: Card Rack.
