10/20 big draw
Villain has ~2800, I cover. His stats are 23/7, probably a winning player hasn't done anything too crazy from what I remember
** Dealing down cards ** Dealt to Hero [ 7h 9h ] UTG calls [$20]. 2 folds. Hero calls [$20]. Villain calls [$20]. 3 folds SB calls [$10]. BB checks. 5 to the flop. ** Dealing Flop ** [ Th, Js, Kh ] ($97 in pot) SB checks. BB bets [$97]. 1 fold. Hero calls [$97]. Villain raises [$250]. SB folds. BB folds. Hero calls [$153]. ** Dealing Turn ** [ 7d ] ($694 in pot) Hero checks. Villain bets [$500]. Hero ???. I ended up folding but seemed like I played it pretty weakly for such a big draw. I figured a lot of my outs might not be good and I wouldn't really know where I stood or be able to get more money in if I did hit being out of position. Thoughts? |

Re: 10/20 big draw
time to fold
your big draw is likely to be a huge underdog if money goes in on turn. calling with draw on turn that will commit you on river is not an option |

I normally play big draws like this fast when I definitely have 15 clean outs and/or lots of fold equity. Definitely don't have that here. And like lapoker and AZK said, it's def not as strong as it looks. Time to fold, well played |
