Default Problem with 5/10 to 10/20 transition

I'm making around 3BB/100 at 5/10 then I tried playing some 10/20 and first won 5000$ to lose 6000% thats 300BB which I thought was to much. I went down to 5/10 again to fix my game. I got my VPIP up from 24-28 and sr 37-41.

Then today I tried my luck at 10/20 again and lost 1500$. What I'm I doing wrong!?

Agg factor: 3.2
SR: 42%
VPIP 28%
Folded BB to sr: 50%
Folded SB to sr: 87%
Folded BB to steal HU: 30%

Please help me out here...a

you steal too much. and if youre still thinking about the game in terms of days, we have a problem. You won't truly know where you are unless you log 100 thousands of hands. Short term variance is amazing

Its like 350BB sounds like to much. I've been playing around 20 000 there. Forgot to say it's 6max

350BB is a lot . can you post your showdown numbers?

i am a bit looser in the blinds than you vs steals (80/45) and steal a slight bit less (38) but other than that we are very similar in stats. i think i play on average 5.6 handed recently and my VPIP/PFR is 28.58/20.02.

your aggression street by street is probably way higher than mine. my total aggression is like 2.2 or something.

Over how many hands?

I think this could be where you're doing something wrong. It takes many, many hands to see what difference in winrate this change made. If you're comfortable with your 24 VPIP at 5/10 and have a high winrate over a large number of hands playing this way, it will work pretty well at 10/20 too. You don't have to be a 30/20 player to be successful at 10/20.

Over 20 000 hands... think its weird a 3BB/100 play on 5/10 cannot be a losing play at 10/20

What position are you losing the money, compared to when you were at $5/$10.

Id guess it would be in the blinds since the game is more aggressive and hence thats where you need to adapt your game.

(Obviously positional winrates vary alot based on sample size)

Tighten up a bit on steals when moving up, loosen up when you feel more comfortable at the limit.

Default Calling Krishan. Calling Krishan

Did your contest serve no purpose? Come now, step to it.

Nevermind. I'll take care of it.

To the OP:

This is a dim-witted post;
The kind that we all hate the most;
A jumble of stats,
Or downswinging “Rats!”
Like a virus in search of a host.

If you are a good, winning player,
As opposed to a chip-spewing brayer,
Get back to the felt,
Play the hands that you’re dealt,
And soon you’ll be doing OKer.

Take my advice, please, you unthinking clod,
In the form of this good-natured prod,
This won’t help your game,
But will get you flamed,
Stop posting this crap! Where’s the Mod?
