Prima, they want my DOCUMENTS!!

so im in the process of withdrawing my money from royal vegas, prima, because i hate the site

ive been withdrawing in increments of 800 and 1000 out of the 10000 i had left in there

i get down to about 4700 when i get an email saying they need me to scan then a copy of my credit card (front and back), my drivers license, and a utility bill

problems:

my "credit card" was actually my debit card that i used to deposit my first $60 about a year ago. ive since lost that debit card and gotten a new one, which has a new number. they specifically want a scan of the old one, they even tell me the last 4 digits of it.

i dont have a drivers license.

i dont have any utility bills to speak of because im living in a college dorm.

what do i do?
