Admittedly, my own game has more holes in it than the stars in the heavens LOL but my worst sin is boredom, I get bored and dont keep my mind in the game what are some of the ways to "force" myself to concentrate on the game at hand and not let my mind wander???? I'm sure it must happen to you guys too what are some things you have found to beat back distraction?

Apparently, Daniel Negreanu has discovered the wonderful world of prop betting. Says it keeps him focused.

We need prop betting while watching this show. Or maybe a drinking game. Take a drink whenever someone limps or calls a raise with two offsuit non-paired cards under 6! Of course we'd all be on the floor in about 30 minutes.

you guys are really showing your limit backgrounds by constantly advocating raises with one pair hands. that is largely a mistake in no limit. that K9 guy wins the most in that hand because he doesn't raise - too bad he cant make the river call. if you raise, you almost always get worse hands to fold and better ones to call. top pair is not the nuts the way it is in limit.
