Default KEM cards.

Are they worth it?

I play a home tourney like 3 times a week and i rip through decks because they always get "dogears" or just plain bent.
Should i invest the money in a good set of KEM cards.

Are they bend/crease proof? To what extent. Thanks

They are worth it. Buy new ones off eBay for half the price but visit www.autionsniper.com first and 'snipe' your auction for the cheapest rate. Tell auctionsniper.com that JoeTall sent you.

Trust me, Kem's will not let you down,
JT

My wife "accidentally" threw my KEM cards away and I found a sealed set on ebay for less that $10 including shipping. However, the next week I was at the local $1 store and found a poker sizer deck of plastic playing cards (not KEM but same type) so I picked them up also.

We've used the same deck for a year in my home game. They are well worth it. Before that, we were going through a deck every couple of weeks.

these cards are awesome. they won't crease unless you fold them in half intentionally. and if you play cards several times a week you'll recoup your investment in no time.

bought 5 used set-ups (2 decks each) from this site for $5.95 each. Great deal. These cards are as good as new. The box they come in has writing on it and was taed shut. But, your not buying it for a nice box right?

I think its a fantastic deal. I don't remember what I paid in shipping. But, it was enough that I decided to just buy 5 and throw a few in a drawer for later instead of the 2 I planned on. the same set ups been in a biweekly game for a few months now. as good as when I got them.

I'm not affiliated with the site in any way. But,for $3 a deck you can't lose.

KEM's are amazing and totally worth the money you pay for them. They do not bend or dogear like regular cards and you can even wash them after play. Invest in a few packs and you'll never want to go back to the old ones that tear and bend.

We use them in our home game now, and one thing I like that no one has mentioned is that they're about a thousand times more pleasant to shuffle than typical playing cards. Pretty much effortless right out of the pack.
