Default Is my regular Home game hurting my game?

I've been in the same weekly .50 / 1 NL game for 2+ years now, against basically the same group of people. I'm the only one amongst the group that reads any poker literature or studies to improve my game.

The game is generally profitable to me, but is it hurting my meta-game in the mean-time?

I dont think that the game will hurt your meta-game just by playing. You still should be able to analyze your play from each session, and each session is going to be different from the last.

Depending on the group you play with, you can work to incorporate different playing styles into your game. Specifically try to change gears to work on different aspects. See if you can generate more profit, or fine tune your skills.

Are the players in your home game thinking players? Or is there a good mix between a thinking players and players that think an Ace = Nuts?

So to specifically answer your question: IMO No.
