Chasing Amy and Almost Famous come to mind immediately. He was equally horrible in Dogma and Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back, but not enough to ruin the entire movie (just the scenes he was in).

Have you seen Con Air?

Any scene with Nicholas Cage calling his wife hummingbird is priceless.

And he is also the reason why National Treasure should be a must see for everyone.
