Default 2/4 opening..

Hi guys - I've recently moved up to 2/4nl from 1/2nl, and would appreciate comments on my preflop opening.

KJ mid-late position I'll limp, but from ep it's a definate fold, yes? Same with A10?

Ax suited is the same - early pos fold, mid-late limp?

At what point to pocket pairs become unprofitable to play from ep? Until now, I've been limping from any position, and if raised, make a decision based on stack sizes. Should I be limping from ep with 22 or 44?

Thanks in advance!
