Default 2-3-5 Lucky Chances Preflop w/AK

2-3-5 game bring in of 10 dollars (no limping for 5). Game is pretty weak, with a bunch of tight players who don't get out of line and spew chips, but definitely overvalue hands preflop and make weak-tight folds on flop. Anyway, relevant stack sizes:
Player 1 in SB w/560
Player 2 in CO w/214
Hero on BB w/1200
Hero has A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
Folded to Player 2 who raises to 25, Hero re-raises to 60, Player 1 calls, Player 2 goes all in for 154 more.
What is my move here? My only reads are that Player 2 does not need AA or KK to make this move and Player 1 will fold any medium pocket pair regardless of what I do. Do I push, and if not what do I do on the flop?

I don't understand the positions. They don't seem to jive with the action. Are you in the SB?

Sorry-Hero is on button. Player with 214 is on CO and the other player is in the BB. Too late to edit, but just switch me to button when reading the post.
