Yep, that "hottie" would be me ... The cell phone issue is most likely in response to my former attempts at reconcilliation -- can someone please tell the sucker that all women are "crazy" most of the time, lol.

Of course, at this point we both have resigned ourselves to believe that the other no longer exists ... oh well, I'm still writing my book for PG if anyone has a spouse/third party sweater that wants to contribute. Just PM me =)

Sure, we all play better when we are winning as we are psychologiaclly on our A games

This is exactly why it's good advice. You can play 'correctly', but not be playing at your absolute best. When you're winning - unless you're prone to winning-tilt - you're going to have a psychological edge on your opponents. You'll have a better sense of when to be aggressive, and when to back off, etc. This, along with the fact that you'll have the extra 'roll to afford it, makes it an excellent time to take a shot.
The important thing is (as somebody else said) to be willing to move back down when you're no longer 'on'. (Both because you will no longer have the necessary bankroll, and because although you may still be playing well, you won't be playing optimally.)

*Edit*: Oops.. this one's a bit old - sorry for the bump
