I'm not sure I understand this... wouldn't you want him to put in a lot of $$ getting 2.5:1 on a 4:1 dog?

If this was HU and I was pretty sure he had a flush draw but would fold to a push, I'd make it $110, but given that there are 2 opponents I'd probably push.
