How to play the blinds?

Hey folks,
is there some useful material out there which starting hands to play in the blinds, which hands to defend in the BB against a MP raise etc... Like the great starting hand chart, but for blind play. I did only find Guidos Blind hands + the old posev.com material from Abdul Jalib. Anyone got other good links or recommendations?
