Is there a basic math equation to figure out the percentage of the flop, turn, and the river?

The flop happens exactly 100% of the time that there are at least 2 players in a hand preflop. The turn happens exactly 100% of the time that there are at least 2 players in from the flop. The river happens exactly 100% of the time that there are at least 2 players in from the turn.
