Default Poker and art

Hi...I hope this is the best place to post this. First a brief history lesson;

I am soon going back to college to finish my fourth year of studying Fine Art (specialising in Sculpture). After 3rd year I took a year out for many reasons, one of which was to concentrate on poker for a while, both playing and running a website.

Ok.

Now it is nearly time for me to return to college. However, I feel I have changed quite a lot from the time of taking the time out. My mindset has changed from a creative method of thinking, to thinking more in a business-type, or more logical way (a different type of creativity).

Now, I only have one year of college left and I am determined to finish to earn my degree. But I feel that it is going to be very hard to fall back into the creative process. One approach I am considering is working with poker and trying to integrate it into my art work.

I have grown an interest in systems, the ideas of randomness and so on, and also the psychological tendencies of people and other topics/issues - all related to poker in some way.

Do you think this would be a good approach to take? All thoughts highly appreciated.

Regards
-Cian

My opinion, FWIW, is to finish school, no matter what the degree.

Yes, incorporate as many elements of your life as you can because it will make things easier for you in the long run. Double-dip it, baby!
