Default How to suck out in stud8

First one must prepare oneself for the suckage one is about to do. Remember, the bets don't matter, its coming my way. Repeat this until you actually believe it.

Second one must confuse opponents. This is normally done by shouting "Straddle" at the top of one's lungs. In stud one must be creative in employing this technique, in the hand shown hero decided to bring it in for a full bet, whilst typing "Straddle!!!". One musn't forget the vitally important aspect of alerting ones opponents they are about to be sucked on.

In addition, as this was a 2+2 table, the names of the guilty have been preserved so that the suckage may be complete.

7 Card Stud High-Low ($1/$2), Ante $0.25 (hand converter)

3rd Street - (1.50 SB)

Seat 1: Duo_Maxwell 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]___calls___folds
Seat 2: drobic 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]___raises___calls
Seat 3: MarginWalker A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]___folds
Seat 4: mikescags716 T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]___folds
Seat 6: nebjiamn 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]___folds
Hero(Bremen24601): K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]___bets___raises

Never stop raising!

4th Street - (8.50 SB)

Seat 2: xx xx 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]___raises
Hero: K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]___bets___calls

Here we see the advanced technique of slowplaying the suckage.

5th Street - (6.25 BB)

Seat 2: xx xx 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]___bets___raises
Hero: K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]___raises___calls

Here hero got a bit anxious, his slowplaying technique needs improvement.

6th Street - (12.25 BB)

Seat 2: xx xx 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]___bets
Hero: K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]___checks___calls

Again, hero is misplaying the suckage as villain is now pot commited and cannot fold. Fancy play syndrome at its worst.

River - (14.25 BB)

Seat 2: xx xx 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] xx___raises___raises
Hero: K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]___bets___raises___calls

Even non suckout specialists can play the river correctly.

Total pot: (22.25 BB)

Results:
Main Pot: $43.50 | Rake: $1

Seat 2: [ Qh Qc 4d 8s Qd 7s 7c ] [ a full house, Queens full of sevens -- Qh,Qc,Qd,7s,7c ]
