I've made my deposit and received my bonus. Now I'm trying to install/load the Instaplay blackjack game, and it's not responding -- I still just have a blank black screen where the game graphics should be.

Follow up: Thus far I am not pleased with customer support.
I got a reply that stated that I did not go through Wizard of Odds, so I was not entitled to that offer. I most definitely did go through Wizard of Odds, and in fact, that link lead to a Cherry Casino page which specifically has a place to click for the Wizard of Odds offer, which I used. I just informed them of this (again), and we shall see...
