Does anyone know of a simple way to explain the term "Epiphenomenal "

I realize that this is a ridiculously lame post (plus risky since [censored] is posting right now), but I figured maybe since it's 345 in the morning the mods can be lenient (maybe not, oh well). I'd post it in a different forum, but 63 members are looking at this one right now, n i figure that means theres a good chance of getting a response...

ps- i researched it a lil, but the definitions i found suck big time.
