Joe, if youre for real, I wish you good luck. But let's be realistic, dont go by what you see on TV. I see lottery winners on TV but dont expect to be a pro lottery player. There are a lot of waiters and pizza delivery guys in Hollywood who thought making a living at acting was easy. Likewise, there are a lot of tapped out, busted, broke losers at every casino and cardrooom in America. They dont make it on TV. $30,000 a year? How about just winning more than you lose. That's a good goal for a beginner (or any player for that matter). Dont believe everything you read on this board either. Not everyone is a consistent winning player. Poker results are like cock size...everybody's got a big one!

If it was that easy, we'd all quit our dayjobs.

Not for a lousy $30k/yr with no insurance and no chance of getting a loan for anything. And that's if you can even make the $30k.

That is the most honest statement I have read on this forum. I estimate at least 90% of the 20000+ members at 2+2 lose money at poker.

I happen to be one of the 10%.
BTW, my dick is 12" long.

Default That\'s not true

I've read in many books that approx 90% of all poker players are overall losers which I definitely agree with HOWEVER I don't believe that is true for 2+2ers. If you randomly pick 1000 2+2ers (regulars) I bet you at least 1/3 are winners maybe even as high as 40-50%. It just makes sense because everyone takes poker more seriously on this forum that they analyse their game and read more books that they are better.

When I first discovered this forum, it was like when those down and out dudes from the "hood" find Jesus. Results took a U turn for the better. I only have a 3inch cock, so you know I'm also not lying that I am an overall winner.

search from last year under "dynasty" where he talks about how he did a very similar thing. Good story.

Then move to Seattle and play in games there. We'd love to have another pro there.
