Default Good lay down?

Early in a tourney I'm dealt KK. I had around the starting 1500 and my only opponent had about 1600. Blinds are 20/40. I bet out 200 and get called. Flop comes A-9-5. I bet out 300. Opponent comes over the top all-in. I laid it down. I think there was no way I could make that call. Opinions?

If you think the villain will smooth call your big pre-flop raise with Ax|99|55, then yeah, it sucks but it's a good fold.
