Crypto Bonuses

Does anyone know if you can clear the bonuses at microlimits.
Is it the same for hourly bonuses (Will Hill) as hand bonuses (Inter)

I'm pretty sure that most of the sites need to be cleared at 1/2 and above (except for maybe Interpoker). There was a thread about this last week when they first announced the microlimits, so you can try to look there. I know its in the T&C's and may also be on the bonuswhores website.
