I made some changes to the self stats (fixing bugs). Hopefully the new release will fix your bug. Just a couple more days to wait.

I recently started playing a lot of short-handed sessions, but the statistics being displayed were from both short-handed and full-table sessions.

I was able to export hand histories from my main database that were played with 6 or fewer players and re-import them into a new database I entitled "Short-Handed."

Is there any way that I can specify in your program which database to use for a table depending on how many players there are?

You can only specify which databases are to be used. I want to be able to play both short-handed and full-table at the same time.

There is an option "Show Stats From Current Limit Only" that does what you want. It's on the General tab in the preferences.
