keep in mind with a VPIP of 65, the .7 AF rating could be misleading, meaning he may be a bit more aggressive than the nunmber suggests.

Villain's c/r on flop doesn't really make sense if he connected on a strong hand (set or 2 pair) as he is blasting out the UTG player with 2 bets. Many players slow play these hands so I would think the C/R is a bet to try and win the hand here with TP (and A or K kicker, the kind of hand a LP would play). 3 bet flop, if you don't get capped I would think you are good.
