Default river value bet too thin?

villain has stats of 52/8/.6 and although they they scream loose passive he is fond of blind stealing.

15/30 online 6 handed

hero has K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]9 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] in the big blind

3 folds to villain on the button who raises, sb folds and hero calls

flop; 9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]3 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]4 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

hero check calls

turn; J [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

hero check raises

river; A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

hero bets

is this river bet too thin? comments welcome on other streets also
