i really wanted to make some hand posts today but i never got any hands. seriously. in my time playing 1/2 (about 260 hands) i managed to lose about 50BB. But here's the great part- it wasn't my fault! It was awesome. I had AA once and my pf raise stole the blinds. Mynext highest PP(other than the hand below) was 99 which ran into JJ for a nice loss. I was dealt AK exactly once and ran into KK when a K flopped (BTW KK was not 3bet pf flop). Didnt hit a set once. Or a straight. Or a flush. AQ was 3bet by Ak and rivered a K for the win.

The best hand and last hand...KK headsup vs unknown. I raise, he 3bets i cap. flop comes T79 he checks, i bet, he raises i raise he calls. turn is a 5. he checks I bet he calls. River is an 8. He checks, I bet, he raises. He has JJ for a rivered one card straight. I curse his name and vow revenge. HOPEFULLY this all means i'll get the other end of variance later tonight. that, and i LOVE rakeback.

wouldn't that be if i was dealt no cards now, i'll be dealt better cards to even it out? for example if i miss 10 flush draws in a row, while the 11th still has a 35% chance of coming in, it'll come in now since it didn't before. note, i understand the math, this is just my way of dealing with [censored] that happens. rather than get too pissed (except for the last hand) i try to say what goes around comes around.

explaining how i deal with adversity. see, i've been known to emerge triumphant in the face of adversity so i'm not too concerned about the recent run of cards. it's different than the rant posts of 'how do i hit a set and make my AA hold up'? my question, is what was the point of your response first, and second how are the white sox still in first and how much longer until a superior twins team takes over?

You answered your own question. Just because you've been stuck with the 65% end of it lately doesn't make hitting the 35% next time more likely. It'll still come in 35% of the time.
