Default championship stud

What does everybody think of Chanpionship Stud? It covers razz, stud, and stud/8, but does he do a good job. I am especially interested in learning how to play razz well, but I don't know of any good books out there for it. However, I also want to improve my tournament stud strategy. Will this help me?

dr max stern is a good player, but i think the book is pretty much useless, although the section for the game you want to learn (razz) is probably the best section. you can read super/system or "sklansky on razz" for better sources.

I had forgotten this book existed. I haven't read it, but Mason has been highly critical of this book.

For Razz, read Sklansky on Poker. For stud tournaments, read 7CS4AP, Sklansky's tournament book, and TOP. You can supplement this with the Harrington books for more tournament considerations.

The stud 8 low section ic very good you have Stern a bit looser than Mcevoy and there is some useul info on tourney play. The razz section is also very good. Overall defineitly worth a read but its no classic
