A read would be cool. Were you going for a checkraise on the flop? I think that would be a very good idea.

I'm not a huge fan of the preflop action though. I think you should openraise or limp/fold. However, my heads-up blind battle ability is basically just autobetting flops and taking it down 80% of the time.

Raise outta the blinds. Continuation pot bet on flop. If he is going to play in this hand, make him pay you off.

I don't call the preflop raise unless I have a good read on my opponent for later streets.

I don't check through on the river. Make him pay to see if Ax is good. If he slowplayed that draw heavy board or flopped the nuts, then good for him.

I'd either raise yourself, or fold to that raise after you limped.

I hope you were looking for a CR on flop and missed, leading flop isnt too bad either.
