Default Party $33\'s - A-Low on the bubble......ugh....

I'm fairly new at the SNG's (currently ranked #7002 on PP Leader Board...ha ha, just started last week).....any help is appreciated!

I'm struggling with A-low hands in bubble situations.
4 or 5 players left, assume 1 chip leader and 3 people vying for the last couple of spots with similar stacks.
Approx 10-12 BB's left....

How do you handle A-low (A2 thru A7)? It seems everytime that I push with it, I get called and pounded (I know, short term results...)

How do you guys play these hands on the bubble?

Thanks!

Hey Trojan,

Like every poker question it depends

Go to the FAQ and learn about Eastbay's SNG power tool.

Buy it.

In general, 10 to 12 BB's is to early to push Ace-small.

You likely wouldnt want to push it into the big stack. The later your position the more likely you should push, the smaller your stack the more likely you should push. 10 BBs or less I would push from the SB vs BB almost every time assuming no other players have entered the pot.

A lot of factor's but Eastbay's tool can help you evaluate it more scientifically.

Good Luck,

KennyBanya
