new to online cash games.. please advise

I am mainly a SNG and MTT player.. I always play on royal vegas.. I am going to try the move to cash games.. My question is what site do yall recommend to play cash games on.. I was planning on playing 1-2 limit and toying with NL some..

Also i have seen people talk about rake back bonus's. what is this and what sites are better for bonuses.

And poorly, I might add.

Before the thread gets locked, Party is generally acknowledged to have the loosest players. Stars isn't bad either. Pacific has ultra-loose players who will call with anything, but they suck for a number of reasons.
