I have seen (which I belive was made by a 2+2er) a excel tutorial for the hold'em starting hands, Has anyone ever seen one of the for BJ.

Try www.hitorstand.net for learning many of the close EV decisions. Years ago when I was beginning my card counting adventure, that was step 1.

Not having to think about the decisions definately increases your EV while whoring by eliminating errors and increasing speed. Unfortunately they only offer one set of rules.
