Please tell me where it's going wrong. This is getting so retarded. I have had more than my share of bad luck, but mostly it's probably bad play. Please tell me where I should improve my game the most!

seriously you are wayyyyyy too tight.

edit: the way too tight thing is an exageration, but it isn't that far from the truth. You need to steal more and defend your bb more. You also are too aggresive on the turn, remember calling is ok.

Waaaaaaay too tight. You ought to be playing at least 16% of your hands, and probably more. You should really be playing more hands in later position, and way more in the BB. Take W Derange's quiz, this might help.

Yeah, that could well be another 10% higher easily. Give us examples of hands you are raising and hands you are folding when it is folded to you on the button.

I think you should loosen up slightly, shoot maybe for the 17-20 percentile range. From later posistion you could stand to loosen more specifically.

I don't think you are waaay too tight but definately too tight. You should play looser on the button and CO, ie limp more and steal more.
My biggest concern is your abyssmal BB stats. You are -0.3 there. If you were -0.20 your winrate would be 1.5 BB/100 instead of 0.28. Your big blind play is by far your biggest leak.

Yeah I'm real lousy defender. Should I use the same handrange when defending as when stealing?
