Im going to Vegas in a few days, and I was wondering if anyone could tell me where the fishiest tables are for 5-10 games, maybe some $200 NL?

Re: Best place to play in Vegas?
MGM.
Their poker room is very nice, and they tend to get a lot of fish. They have a 2/5 NL game with a $200 max buy. If you look up reviews of poker rooms in Vegas, they will say the same thing. I played there, and I'm not a great player, but I made money. Enjoy your time--I'm jealous. |

Re: Best place to play in Vegas?
To quote an old saying...
If you look around the table and don't see any fish...your the fish If you think people will give up their favorite spots to play in Vegas then maybe you should re-access your status. You just might be the prey instead of the predator Just a thought... Edit: Then again my ol' granpappy used to say "never wake the dead" Disregard everything I said above, and enjoy your stay in Vegas! |

Any place on the strip with shiny lights on the outside.
That's pretty much the truth...if you're a winning player(or even just decent). As far as the games you asked about...never played them lol. But honestly in going to 3 or 4 casinos in Vegas, everyone I've been to the players have for the most part been really bad. |

Re: Best place to play in Vegas?
If you are looking for a good game the MGM like stated in a previous post is a good place for No limit since they have a cap. I prefer the Wynn with there "No Cap no limit tables and good limit games. There is always a game there and the woman there are the best in town. Good luck. Wynn has a 1-3 NL game and dont run 5-10 but I think they run 4-8, 6-12. I played the 15-30 game and that was weak tight with older men, though I played that early in the day. Have fun

Re: Best place to play in Vegas?
Alladin has an easy NL 200 and 500 game. They have limit, but only upto 3/6. The poker room manager told me it's the softest place in vegas since no locals come there (parking lot is farthest from the casino).

Tical, my point was he should learn to look deeper into people's motivations for doing things.
I apologize for not making a more direct statement originally. |
