Tell me I\'m not crazy for wanting this trade.....
Eight-team league...I'm 3-0 and on top after first three weeks.
My RB's: Alexander, Westbrook, J. Jones, M. Anderson My QB's: McNabb, Palmer My WR's: C. Johnson, I. Bruce, A. Johnson, D. Mason, J. Porter So...I've got three stud running backs, and two stud quarterbacks. But after Chad Johnson, my receiver corps is pretty weak. Because I'm 3-0 and the top four teams in the league make the playoffs, I must admit I'm looking down the road toward having a playoff starting lineup that will make me odds-on to win the league. Because of these factors, I'm considering the following trade: Giving up - J. Jones, C. Palmer Getting - T.O., W. Dunn Tell me that's a good deal. I'd prefer to make that deal in four or five weeks when depth becomes less important, but I don't think it'll be on the table by then. If I did the deal, I would have a starting lineup that looked like this: QB - D. McNabb RB - S. Alexander RB - B. Westbrook WR - T. Owens WR - Ch. Johnson WR - A. Johnson (or I. Bruce, D. Mason, based on matchup) I'd still have W. Dunn and M. Anderson as backup RB's, I'll pick up Bledsoe or Eli as a backup to McNabb...dunno, I am hesitant -- but I think I've gotta jump on this, right? Thanks for any and all opinions and/or bashing. |
