Hero is dealt 8d,8c UTG Hero opens to $4 UTG+1 calls, SB calls Flop 2c,4d,Jh $13.80 in pot SB checks, Hero bets 9, UTG+1 folds, SB calls Turn:6c SB checks again, What's the appropriate line?

Oh so sorry mighty Greek God, I thought this was the short handed forum. Didn't realize there was a BB requirement for posting.
