Default newbie 10/20 hand

SB in this hand is loose. I don't know about his aggression levels though. What's your plan throughout the hand?

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (5 handed)

Hero ($1874)
MP ($2167)
Button ($2780.50)
SB ($2681)
BB ($2219.50)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with Jh, Jc. SB posts a blind of $10.
<font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $66</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, SB (poster) calls $56, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>.

Flop: ($152) 6h, 2c, 3h <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $144</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB raises to $288</font>, Hero calls $144.

Turn: ($728) 7c <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
SB bets $400

three bet the flop or fold to his re-raise on the flop. The call is what put you in the tough position.
