Default How WSOP should end Heads up

If you want to see real excitement in the heads up match in the ME I would root for Ivey and Mike the mouth to make it to heads up. Even if your rooting for someone else these two would put on a great show. besides the fact that they are pros and would be constantly trying to outplay each other, they also play for the same team and know each other well enough to make the match up a heated one. Put that together with the almost bi-polar opposites of there personalities and Im possitive that would be an exciting match. Plus they would prob be in no hurry to finish it fast like the past few years and it could be a long dragged out psychological war.

Anyone think Mike is going to zero in on H-Dog right off the bat with comments?

Any combination of Fossilman, Matusow, or Ivey would be great. Also, I really hope that no one player develops a commanding chip lead at the final table. Big stack bullying gets boring pretty quickly unless you are the big stack.

Ivey with huge chip lead, in a raised/reraised pot, Ivey AhQh v. the Mouth 99. Ivey flops an open, Mike a set. Ivey semi's, Mike raises, Ivey tanks and then all-in, Mike calls with joyous abandon. Turn blank, but ahh, the river of dreams.

Cut to scene: Mike feints a stumble to his chair. Ivey with usual cold stare, Mike's eyes water, Ivey grins. Mike angrily puckers lips, then Ivey voice-over: "He's not thinking about next year".

Raymer vs. Matusow would easily be the best story for ESPN to develop when they broadcast the show.
