I'd call down. There are quite a few things he could be betting there besides a King.

This is really close. Assuming you’re beat, which I think is pretty safe. You have 6 outs, which is 7.5 to 1. Given the action, they are probably all good. There are 7.25 BB in the pot plus if you succussfully C/R the river that is 2 more. Therefore I'd call, but muck the river uninproved.

I'd have to have a very strong read not to call the turn raise and then check/call unimproved or check-raise improved. I'd give it at least a 20-25% chance of being a pot-steal attempt, add that to your draw odds to improve (plus the betting power inherent in pocket pairs when imporved due to their being hidden) and calling the turn looks easy. In the river-unimproved case, it's closer, but my 20-25% bluff odds dictate a call - if you want to call it 10% and fold I wouldn't argue much.

If we assume you are behind either a pair of Ks, 2-pair or a set of 7s you only have 5 outs. The pot is still fairly small so I'd fold.
