Borgata 10/20 people usually do not do time pots (some would not know what one is if you want to do one, and it takes too long to explain what it is), but higher it is common.

I played in the Borgata 10/20 from Thursday to Sat night and about half of my games had time pots. Very nice, since I ended up having to pay exactly $0 in time for 8 hours on Saturday. A few nits insisted on sitting out of the time pots, but the majority of players at the tables (loooooooooose!) participated smoothly. I did not notice any players tightening up until time had been fully reimbursed, which sometimes does occur.

My presence must forbid time pots then, because I can count on my left hand how many time pot sessions I have played at 10/20 at the Borgata. And when I played 20/40 two weeks ago, I won pots during the time pots, so I ended up paying some.

We have never played a time pot together at either the Borgata or Taj.

It must have been my absence that caused this.

Do you recall which table? I was in the must-move game Saturday starting at about 3pm that shed its must-move status at about 5. Table 20 I think. The game was gooooot. Later in the day a half german 2+2er who said he posts a lot in OOT sat in the 5's, but I never got his hame.

Were you the guy to my immediate right? Or the half german guy two to my right in the 5's? Or perhaps the Asian guy in the 1's with the insanely hot run of cards? I'm intrigued. And yes, I believe it got better after I left. The overnight 10/20s at Borgata are just absurdly action packed... as a former 6/12er, it is just a different world. Love it.
