Default Ed\'s \"playing for a specifc outcome\"

Good article. This is an idea that I have toyed around with in my head but haven't actually utilized as much as i should. I usually take the "safe road" myself, but after a hand in my home game with a caller mouse I only won 1/5 of what i could have if i had just had pushed with the flopped nuts, and it made me once again reconsider my play.
I am a TAG, but after a hour or 2 on the tables i tend to get less action then i would want with my big hands. One added thought to Ed's theory is that if i overbet pots and bet pots strong with great hands, i will probably A) induce more action for my other big hands, and B) Allow BIG bluffs against good players to work more often. And if i get caught in a big bluff, my Big overbets with the nuts will pay off for the rest of the nite.
