would some of you super smart 2+2 people help me out :)

I am wanting to get into daytrading. i have my own home based buisness right now and i've set aside about $500 to toss into the market. I've read a few books on it and watch the tickers all day while i'm working. i just want to get some advise from some people that are already doing day trading and that can point me at some good stocks to start with.
