Default Where Else (Besides River) Did I Screw Up?

Early in a Party 10+1. Around 1600 players left. Blinds at 10/20. No read on Villain here.

My river bet was somewhat of a blocking bet, and I planned to fold to a reraise. For some reason, because he bet less than all-in, I changed my mind.
