Default The Nuclear Option

Is there enough votes in the senate to change the rules of the Filibuster?

Not for an appeals level judge but perhaps for a supreme court judge. Depends on a few Republican Senators in democratic states.

Properly? No. Through some BS intentional misinterpretation by the Senate parlimentarian that is then subject to a majority vote? Sure.

I did not say they are/were. I did not say the Repubs are/were. Each has tried when they were in control or had the votes from their own and the other party to do it and a change fit their particular needs/wants.

Jeeze.
