Default 99 against 2 big fish

Party Poker 2.00/4.00 Hold'em (10 handed) link

MP3 and CO are two of the biggest fish I've ever played with. Both are VERY loose, vpip over 80% (only 50 hands), I've seen them cold call raises with hands like Q3o. MP3 is passive, CO is aggressive, and somewhat tricky. I was heads up with her in a previous hand and she checked behind me on the turn after making 2 pair. Also, in the previous hand, I limped, CO raised and we were heads up. She showed QQ after I folded to her flop bet. Perhaps she was using it to advertise a bluff on this hand?

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
2 folds, Hero raises, 1 folds, MP3 calls, CO 3-bets, 3 folds, Hero calls, MP3 calls.

Flop: (10.50 SB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero checks, MP3 checks, CO bets, Hero raises, MP3 folds, CO calls.

Turn: (7.25 BB) K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets, Hero calls.

River: (9.25 BB) T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, CO checks.

I am happy about how I played the flop, but think now that I should have bet the turn and/or the river. Perhaps bet the turn, call down a raise?
Final Pot: 9.25 BB.

I think you should bet/fold the turn.

Against many Loose players at 2/4, I would bet/fold the turn, but against the LAG you described who is tricky and perhaps unpredictable, I bet/call down the turn. I see a lot of turn bluffs from this type of player. If CO calls the turn bet, I check/call the river.

Anyone think this line is a leak?

I like my 99 heads up against typical 2/4 LAG even with a K turn. But I don't like it enough to check/raise the turn or give any free cards.
