So I'm offered a job at a casino.... (x-post)

in management. I have not worked in the casino/hospitality industry before. How much negotiation room do I have (If they offered 40k, how likely would they go to 50 or 55? How likely would they change the relo money over to salary?

Any help on this issue would be appreciated.

40k for management? This is the direction I've wanted to go in but I wouldnt wanna take that big of a pay cut...I guess I am stuck in insurance.

I'm not sure of the hierarchy, but I believe director is > than manager.
