I blew up a perfectly good CRT monitor running Win 3.1 with a bogus graphics setting. The image on the screen spilt in half, duplicated on each side. Then there was a bright flash. Finally, a single bright line down the middle. I seriously doubt XP, or even Win 95 would let you do something like that though.

the 2001fp isn't really all that special. It's a good deal in the US, but that's pretty much it. If you want quality there are tons of better displays out there.

my boss has the baddest ass mac cinema display, when he first got it i said "damn, I could play 12 tables of poker on that!" He just looked at me funny.
