When did this start and what games and levels are the unlimited raising available on?

I don't think the limit matters, but it has to be heads up.

it has to HU from the flop or on the next street?

for example, 4 to the flop, i bet everyone folds but 1 and then on the turn and flop it can go the max?

River brought the third card for the flush and it was bet, raise (me), fold (3rd guy), raise, raise ... I firmly positioned my mouse over the raise button to go into speed click mode .... and the button disappeared. I had not watched my stack and ran out of money. Villain: "Oooh, I could have lost a fortune here". I suck.

[/ QUOTE ]

Since the round did not start heads-up, betting would have been capped at a bet and 3 raises anyway. If the other guy folded on the turn, then you would have had unlimited raises on the river...

If the round starts heads-up, there is unlimited betting.

Thanks, makes me feel better now, even after 2 months.

I once played a hand in a casino where I went 14 bets on the turn with an unimproved 66. I had inadvertantly seen the other player's cards to know he had a pair of 5s.

I thought they had done away with this feature. Earlier this month on Caribbean Sun I got in a h/u raising war when I had the nuts on the river, but it got capped after 4 bets and all I could do was call (or fold if I was so inclined). Anyone know why I couldn't keep raising? Do they not allow this on middle limit tables because I had previously only been in situations like this on low-limit tables and the raising was unlimited.
