[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] Damon's bantering at the cigar shop [/ QUOTE ] Cigar shop? Care to give me a hand recalling this scene? [/ QUOTE ] I think it was after his bich made him stop playing and he took a part-time delivery job. [/ QUOTE ] I think he stopped playing because he lost 3 racks of high society. If he had doubled up his bich woulda been slobbin his johnson under the 20/40 tables at the Taj |

[ QUOTE ] Damon's bantering at the cigar shop [/ QUOTE ] Cigar shop? Care to give me a hand recalling this scene? [/ QUOTE ] It's a cigar club. And these two yuppies at the table are bantering back and forth about their cigars while the hand is going on... "I really love the wrapper on this cameroon, so oily and nice"... etc... and then when they ask Matt what he has he says "I have what's known as the wheel... earthy tones, a smooth draw, good enough to win me the high and the low". Re: Making of \"Tilt\"
Caught "the making of tilt" tonight.
I really, really, really wanted to come out of this with a good feeling about the show. I was going to be exctied to watch it if I thought it was going to be genuinely good, or good in the "so horrific it's going to be hilarious" kind of good... Neither emotions were felt. In my mind I thought "uhhh... this is just going to suck". From the short clips they played of the show (are those really the "highlights"), both the writing and the acting were brutal. "That lesson was free, the next one you'll have to pay for." Uh, okaaaaay, bro. Right now the only chance this show has with me is the "so terrible it's good" kind of good, and I'm not even sure it will be amusing to me on that level. Great concept, but it looks like they're [censored] it up. Bummer. |
