Default $22 - Some postflop play with jacks

0430 MST, so it's not the total donkfest that it is prime time. Only hand of MP1's that I've seen is like the third hand when he called a pf raise with JTo and check-raised all-in on the T high flop.

edit: From his talking, he seems like the kind of guy that wants to make a lot of plays. I know that's a weird "read" but it's what it felt like to me.

I think you're behind and wouldn't be surprised to see QQ.

The weak flop bet could mean anything, but after he made another bet that want's to be called I'm pretty sure he has at least TP, but a set looks much more likely.

I would've make it 150 on the flop and would be done after he calls or reraises.

If I'd call the flop, I'd fold after the turn bet.

And I don't think there are many 22 players capable of reraising as a bluff here, so I'd fold and have few chips left.

Why did you choose to raise on the river?

I would've just called in your position, thinking that a riase only gets called by a hand that beats me.

First of all, the raise took place on the turn and I think it's a good raise. I might would have been more inclined to go ahead and raise on the flop though. It's cheaper, gets you the same info on villain, and might set you up to take the hand down on the turn if villain checks.

As for the hand in question, I think you're behind here way less than you're ahead and I'd fold.

Even villains who like to make plays run into good hands. I like the turn raise, but when re-raised its time to give him some credit and lay the hand down.

Also, what was your table image? You played it like a set/top pair, so I think the donk would at least have top pair or possibly an overpair.

I was undisciplined and decided I was good here...called his t110 or whatever push on the river as well. He ended up with A9o, I was mad lucky.
