Default weak fold? or time to gamble

just wondering if this is too risky for such an early phase in the tournament. No reads. I figured someone called me with ace anything of spades so two draws is bad. any tips?

First, I'd probably raise to more than 90 preflop. I'd do something like 120 or 140. Second, I'd call his all in. A made straight is not going to play it like that. Most likely he has a hand like 99 or 2 spades. I definately think I'm ahead here.

What buy in? I call the all in. If he has you beat start up another one.

I raise it to 120-130 preflop. I call this in a heartbeat.

I would also raise more pre-flop - probably 120.

Usually I'm pretty tight at the beginning of a tourney, but I would make this call. I think the overbet is a read in of itself - I think you are ahead.

What buyin are you playing at? I've found that at the beginning of low buyin tournaments, there are some very aggressive moves like this that are not always founded - this is a good time to demonstrate people shouldn't screw around with you, even if you are tight. While this is not a read on a specific player, but perhaps the game. Not something I would rely on heavily, but perhaps consider.
