Default TP on paired flop

I feel like I've just forgotten how to play poker in the past two weeks and keep flip-flopping from weak to stupid aggressive.

UTG appears looseish in his first orbit. What do I do after it's HU on the flop?

Party Poker 1/2 Hold'em (6 handed) http://216.119.70.224/converter/hhconverter.pl

Preflop: Hero is BB with T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG calls, 1 fold, CO calls, 1 fold, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: (4 SB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, UTG raises, CO folds, SB folds, Hero calls.

Turn: (4 BB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets, Hero calls.

River: (6 BB) T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 8 BB

I would say so. He's loose so it's possible he could be playing a hand like A4 or K4 (suited or not). Under that assumption, and in a fairly small pot, I would fold the turn. I'm likely drawing to 2 outs at that point.

my experience is that 95% he doesn't have the 4. I'd c/r the river.

Bet the turn. You give a free card to any overcard to beat you. Fold to a raise by a loose passive. Simple

i think overcards are staying anyways. that card really doesn't scare anything away and you're risking getting raised again.

Grunch...
I think I check/fold the turn. Had I made it to the river, I would bet/call

There are 8 overcards to our 6. Giving him a free card is a mistake. If he wants to stay with any overcards we need to make money from him. He won't pay you anything if you check the turn and he misses the river. If he raises then there is an easy fold . The way it was played hero spent 2 BBs (turn+river) without getting any info where he could possibly spend 1 when behind.
